1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 5j131 platform, including the website at 5j131.net, any associated mobile applications, and all games, services, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 By accessing or using the 5j131 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.2 5j131 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 5j131 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to accepting deposits above specified thresholds. You agree to provide the following documentation upon request:

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 5j131 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. These Terms apply to all bonuses in addition to any specific promotional terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your 5j131 account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable bonus terms before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. 5.5 Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not been wagered within the period specified in the applicable bonus terms will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

6. Gameplay Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating or operating multiple accounts;

8. Responsible Gaming

11.3 5j131's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 5j131's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by You: You may close your 5j131 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable period.

12.2 Termination by 5j131: 5j131 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• 5j131 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive;
• 5j131 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on your account;
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

12.3 Upon termination for breach, 5j131 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances will be returned subject to the outcome of any investigation into the circumstances of termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 5j131 Platform shall first be submitted to 5j131 customer support for resolution. 5j131 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR where the dispute relates to a matter within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 5j131 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, 5j131 will provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the 5j131 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
